Investment Strategy
This Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective of long term capital appreciation by investing at least 80% of its total assets in 12 to 25 unaffiliated open-end mutual funds (underlying funds) which, in turn, invest principally in common stocks of primarily U.S. based small and micro-cap companies. The Fund will generally invest in a mix of fund styles identified as value, blend and growth oriented funds. While small company stocks are subject to greater volatility than stocks found in other asset classes, MH Elite Small Cap Fund of Funds provides the small and micro-cap investor the opportunity to reduce the risks associated with investing in a single fund or investment style. Harvey Merson has managed the Fund since its inception in 1998.
